89 760T fuel pump relay location? 700 1989

I'm loosing power to my in tank pump on cold days, <20F,. I think it is becaue of the fuel pump relay. I had a problem like this with my 740 and was able to solve it by resoldering the bad connections on the fuel pump relay PC board. I have also fixed a few of my friends 740 relays this way. I'd like to look at the PCB for both of the relays for the fuel pumps, the problem is that I can't locate the relays on the 89 760. There are quite a few rlays on the center console kick panel on the passengers side. Is one of those for the pump? Thay don't look like the fuel pump relays from the 740s. I have not been able to find the location in the service manual. Any help would be great!
