door locks problem 700 1990

My 90 760 wagon is having a problem with the doorlocks. When I unlock the drivers door i have to hold the key to keep the doors unlocked, that is all doors but the drivers, which doesnt unlock at all. The key also will not lock the drivers door, but works fine in the passenger side. It seems that the drivers door is mechanically controllde and the others are mech./elec. Is true? How hard is it to remove and repair the door lock on the drivers door?
