Radiator Expansion Tank 900 1995

I had the radiator replaced on my 1995 940 Turbo but not the expansion tank. Reading the FAQs, this should be replaced as a maintanence item, especially on a turbo.

What is involved in replacing the expansion tank? Is it easy enough for a beginner to do without too much trouble?

There is a small hose that connects from the radiator to the expansion tank and then a big one that goes off the bottom of the tank and then goes in 2 directions. Should these all be replaced as well, or only if they show signs of failure?

Thanks.
