61 544 Turn Signal problem.... 444-544 1961

My turn signals(flashers) on my 61 PV are not working....I get one click when
the arm is the left possition and that's it.....any ideas where to start looking
What would be realy nice is a wire diagram for 61 544 with B16B M4 tranny...
