Hood won't shut - Need Help!

I have a 240.
It is quite possible that the hinges may not have been lubed in a while. I recently brought this car used. As for the hinge bending, it is very cold here now and not sure if it was related. the hinge is bent inward at the joint from upper to lower parts of the hinge that bolt to the frame and hood respectively. It almost like the scissors like action of the hinge wouldn't completely close causing the part that bolts to the hood to bend.In need of replacement,Help
