Lower control arm bushing replace cost 700 1990

Sounds high for a couple hours work but what do I know. Take them off yourself and take the rods into a local shop to have new bushing pressed into them where necessary.

However, chances are only the cone bushings on the outer end of the lower control rods need replacing...about $20 each or $80 for the parts at volvo list price.

Try getting them from IPDUSA.COM and they may be cheaper.

Just make sure you get ALL the old bushing out...
