rattle near CAT

My 90 wagon is really problem prone these days.

Now there is some rattle near the cat.

When I let go of the gas and shift gears, there's some serious rattle that can be heard in the car.

Most other posts have rattle upon acceleration, but my noise can be heard only when I let go off the gas.

Any one with this problem before?
