I need advise! Sell or part out:-( 700

Hey Bricksters,

I just purchased a new to me 94 855t, I know there are a lot of downfalls with the 850 series but I fell in love with it like I did my 88 765ti. Here are the problems with the 765ti,
1. Manifold gaskets are gone(about a month now) I bought new ones but havent replaced them , I drive the car back and forth to work about a 3 mile round trip never over 40 mph.
2. Abs lite is lit I honestly dont know what is wrong with the ABS system
3. Back windows dont go down, dont know what is wrong there
4. There is a 4 inch tear in the leather on the drivers seat back side all the other seats look just about new
5. The radio was stolen, doesnt have one
6. The headliner only on the moonroof is gone
7. Missing a lens on the drivers side turn signal for front and a reverse lens on the drivers side

There are lots of positives more than i can list(have a nice used set of turbo hoses that are not currently installed i was waiting on getting the manifold gaskets changed, a MBC, and a heatsheild/cone filter setup) also just wondering what I should do, should I try to sell her or just part her out? I really would like to sell her to someone that would fix her rather than tear her apart Anyone have any suggestions.. I didnt know this was goingto be so hard to decide on doing!!!!!

Thanks in advance,
Paul
