I need advise! Sell or part out:-( 700

It doesn't sound any worse than the "typical" 740/760 of its age. That's all relatively easy stuff to fix, or in some cases ignore until there's time for further investigation.
The headliners fall out of all of them, and probably will fall out of the 850s before too long. The ABS could respond to just cleaning the sensors or it might need new sensors. Radio is something most new owners will upgrade anyway.
Lenses are standard maintenance items. The only pressing thing I see on the list is the manifold gaskets, and like you say it's still driveable.

List it for sale. You'll get something for it, though the value will depend a lot on the mileage. If the car is high mileage, like 220K+ I'd say it's a $1000 car. If it's closer to 100K, it could be worth closer to $2500-3K. That would assume the body is really nice. Dents and scratches detract from that value. For Brickboard people, it could be a really nice car, with a little time invested. Paying a dealer to fix some of these things generally will eat your lunch, so the more a person can do on their own, the greater the value to them.
With a regular newspaper ad, I'm sure you can get a fair price for it.
