Check your hangers! 200 1993

It's basically impossible to hang a 240 rear exhaust without something to lift the right rear wheel- on a regular frame lift in a shop, you need a transmission jack or something similar to lift up that wheel. The axle hits the exhaust under-the-axle pipe long before it gets to full extension, and that makes for a lot of strain on the muffler hangers. They're pretty tight anyway- they're impossible without the axle pushed up.
