Need b20 cam specs 140-160

I can get a b20 steel cam gear for $120.au, I expected to pay a lot more. I can also get my cam reground for $88.au also a good price. The only grind he can do is to his 'hot' specs, they are as follows:
lift- 292
duration- 280
inlet- 30/70
exhaust- 70/30
My question is will it be street drivable, a torquer or a revver, and will it be an improvement over the B20E cam I have. Is there any sites with volvo grinds for me to compare these specs. Thanks in anticipation. Matt.
