Kiddy seat teather points? 200 1981

I have been looking in my 240 wagon for an attachment point for a kids car seat. It has a strap off the back that is supposed to attach to some point directly behind the seat. In all the other cars I have owned I have found a nice nut welded to the car that I could simply attach to. I was expecting to find something similar in my wagon but have not. Is it there, or am I looking in the wrong place?
