Missing While Idling 200 1989

hello,
could someone help me on where next to look for my idling problem? while idling she seems to be missing, but on acceleration she does ok. she's got 180k on her and i just put in new plugs, rotor, wires and cap. still rough idling. and i also have installed a new amm (for an earlier problem). she was running great until maybe 3 weeks ago. could it be the timing belt?
