142e Carb Conversion Questions 140-160

Hey all,

I am going to try and convert my 142e to a carbed engine. The engine is a B20F (not sure about the F, but pretty sure - possibly a B designation as well?) with D-jet injection. I have a good source for an intake manifold with either dual SU's or a single Stromberg. My questions are as follows:

- If I do the conversion, will the existing camshaft (made for FI) present problems when using a carb?

- Does anyone have a few good pictures of a carbed B20 (preferably with SUs on it) that they could send me so I can get a feel for all of the vacuum linkages and their placement?

Many, many thanks. If anyone has any engine compartment pictures, please email them to me at svenrique@hotmail.com.

- S
