Failed CA smog test due to 'failure to successfully complete all OBD tests' S90-V90 1997

Here in BC it is the same BS. It is ok to pollute in the interior but here in the lower mainland they collect CASH on cars and excempt trucks. Turned over to private enterprise, the fee went up from 17 to 24 for each inspection, due to more "extensive" testing. You can go for 2 years (48$) but have to decide before they test. If you fail you pay twice. Makes you want to move away from these ......Wonder what will happen if everybody goes electric, Probably test for electric radiant emmission; the cashcow is too good to give up.
