Electric Window Speed 200 1983

I have an 83 Ti with electric windows that raise and lower at a very, very slow rate compared to my 92 940. Since I have owned this car for only 10 months and it is my first 240, I have no idea how fast these windows should be. Are the 200 series electric windows OEM slow or are mine fading? Thanks
