Go to the auto store and buy a can of spray white lithium grease. Go home and get ready to remove the door panels, this is not hard:
-unscrew the lock knob
-go to the arm rest and pry out the screw covers/plugs with a knife, be careful these are old and will cut/chip easy even though they're soft get those plugs out and you'll have access to the phillips head screws (3), take 'em all out.
-The only tricky part-removal of the screws will release the larger bottom part of the arm rest, the upper part attached bayonette style; pivot the armrest upward towards the windshield and you'll see the upper portion begin to come out of the door, basically it just twists out of there. The electric window switches will come out of the armrest, un-plug them from the wiring harness and set them aside.
-You are at the point where the upolstery will pry off of the door as it is attached with small plastic bullets that fit into holes, start at the bottom with a putty knife or your fingers and it will come out easily, at the top of the panel the interior scrape rail fits over the top of the metal, do this part first upon re-installation.
-Take the grease and spray all parts that move, plug the switch in and move the window up and down, spray all moving parts, watch that you don't spray the glass, so spray the moving parts and move the window up and down spray some more, then do the other door
You should notice great improvement in speed and your breath will be fresher.
