More fog light questions. this time it's which brand 200 1987

since i've been posting like crazy, this one will be short. i want to install fog lamps. daniel stern has a set of cibie's for $65 per lamp. if they're that good, i'll spring for them. however, i saw a set of hella's:

(they're the 530 amber fog, 2/3 down the page) on sale for $45 a pair, including wiring, switch, and relays. anyone have any input as to which is better?
