please help for emissions 200

More information is needed. What were the numbers.
What about the car;

Did you change the plugs?
Set timing?
Are valves set properly?
When was the last time the O2 sensor was changed.
Change the air filter?
All vacuum hoses intact?

The last time I smogged my 78 I did O2 sensor, plugs, air filter, timing.
It passed way ahead of the class. And this with at least 250,000(I dont know the exact miles, odo broke long ago, it could be closer to 300)

Ditto for my 82( 280,000?-broken odo). Ditto for my 87(170,000)

Luck

Lawrence
