Exhaust question 200 1989

Hi

Given that I´ve now completed my suspension components needed for lowering the car with keeping the nivomat working I´ve now a question concerning the exhaust system.

Currently I have the exhaust pipe routed over the rear axle. Could I keep that also with the car lowered or do I have to use the pipe routed under the rear axle?

I wont "slam" down the car. It only should go deeper 20-25mm with the Volvo R-Sport springs.
