Help: 81 K-Jet Died On Me! 200 1981

Help! My 81 242 K-jet died suddenly. I was driving along at about 5 mph turning a corner when it just died. Here are the symptoms.

Gas tank more than half full.
Intrument panel idiot lights don't work.
Blinkers don't work.
Car will not start.

Starter turns over the engine as normal.
Clock works.
Annoying buzzer that says you left your lights on works.
Horn works.
High and low beams work brightly.
Emergency flashers work.

Recent work done (125 miles ago): Timing belt, seals, water pump. I gently moved the wiring that runs below the crank to get the seal carrier off and gently put it back in place. Alternator wires are still hooked up and did not fall off. Car ran beautifully for 125 miles since I did the job.

I coasted to what I think is a safe place to leave the car and walked home. Any ideas on how to proceed.
