Phil's food fight on cams 140-160 1972

I guess I need to start Phil's food fight about cams. I've got a 72 145E 𖑆,000] that needs a new cam because of a broken snout. I figure on doing a 3 angle valve job @ a little porting. It will be a daily driver,so mileage is a consideration, but I also want to autocross it. Any recomendations on a good compromise cam. Most of the driving will be highway. I also need to know if the ohm specs on the D-jet manifold pressure sensor are very rigid mine are slightly low & I'm running rich [nosewise & mileage wise-18mpg Hiway.] Any input appreciated. Thanks!
