Wiper blade arms 200 1989

Hi guys and gals,
Just cleaning the ice off my wiper blades and arms, they are incapsulated with ice after a wet/freezing rain.
I broke a set of little fingers that hold the Blade onto the Arm. These aftermarket blade/arm combos always seem to be cheap as Hell. These fit all type that you have to use this plastic clip or that one depending on the car is junk. Can anyone recommend one that works well?
Have the Wiper Arms stayed the same for many years? I guess I can hit a Junkie this weekend
