Burning Oil After Oil Change 700 1987

Hello. 765 Turbo... I topped up my oil a week ago since the oil light was flickering. Since then, I am intermittently sending out clouds of blue smoke as I go down the road. I cannot figure out why. My breather seems to be OK chugging out vapors, in fact I disconnected it from the intake and I still get the smoke. Never happened before

It doesn't happen all the time. Sometimes at idle but hardly ever at cruising speeds except when setting off first thing in the morning. However I can drive around all day without the smoke only to come to a stoplight and envelop myself and the surrounding vehicles in smoke. It is definitely oil smoke - smells like it.

Is it my turbo oil seals or maybe the return from the turbo? :( I have looked thru the 700/900 FAQ and thought I found something at one point but did not save it.

Thanks

Steve
