cooland leaking from outer firewall 700 1991

the two inlet and outlet from the heater core itself are made of the same material that your heater core is made of which i believe is copper, not rubber.

a pic would make things easier.

are you saying it's leaking AT the firewall? or is it possible that coolant is leaking from your heater control valve and it's dribbling down the hose towards your firewall?

i would not drive the car any longer until you get that valve replaced if it is the case that that is the culprit. cheap replacement. $14 part from www.fcpgroton.com
