How to check CO2 level on 245 Turbo 200 1984

I just changed my 02 sensor and I just want to check my C02 reading. I have both the green books and bentley manual but my dwell angle just would not read. I probably switch it to dwell reading instead of voltage when I was checking the battery voltage and its fried, probably. I have a multi meter that can read low voltage. I just want to know how much voltage is 41-44 dwell angle or is there any other way of checking this?
