desperately need help with non-starting 740 700 1988

OK, my 88 740gle hasn't started since November 2002.

Here's the laundry list of replaced parts.

Distributor
hall sensor
plugs and wires
voltage regulator
main fuel pump
fuel filter
tank pump
fuel pump relay.

I am at my wits end and I am about to set the car on fire and wash my hands of it.

The car gets spark (I checked), it turns over beautifully, but will not fire. I have checked and cleaned/sanded all of the grounds in the car.

ANY thoughts you might have would be greatly appreciated.
