It's really hard to say- it's close to the spec in each case. The real test would be to see how close the car is to emissions specs. If it's well within limits on HC and CO, then I wouldn't worry about it. However, if it's borderline or maybe even failing, I would plan on replacing the sensor. Supposedly they're only good for 30-50K miles.... I know lots of them keep working for 100K or even 200K. COuld be Bosch wants to sell more O2 sensors....
