Strut Tower to Firewall Braces. 200 1982

Hi all..just got the strut to firewall braces for my 82 242.....

Issue: The mounting holes on the fire wall are DIRECTLY behind the fuel line coming from the fuel filter...doesn;t appear to be enough slack or room to move the lines....they run right up at the top of the firewall....

Am I missing something?
