Update 700 1991

Well i installed it yesterday...took me a bit longer than i anticipated (thought 1 hour..took 3.5) but its my first time. I managed to shear off a transmission line so i had to fix that too.

But on to the radiator...only three small things about it....I had to slightly bend the bottom mounting tabs for the fan shroud (no big deal...flathead screwdriver and 2 minutes). The fitting for the overflow thing at the top is a bit longer than stock. It becomes a tight fit with the intercooler hose....but isnt a big deal at all..just takes a little effort getting it on...or you can cut it 1/2 inch it you want (I didnt) to make it easier. Last i had to make a small cut in the rubber top mounting piece to allow it to expand a bit more for a completely secure fit.

My opinion: This is one hell of a radiator. It has some heft to it compared to the stock plastic/aluminum radiator. Drove it around town in traffic yesterday and today. I just finished a 3.5 hour drive on the highway to get home tonite....no problems, no leaks, great temp reading (12 o'clock on the dial). I'll be buying another one for my 940 this summer.
