If your car did not run for months, oil around pistons and cylinders dropped
back down into the pan, leaving you with no compression. Like others have suggested, put about a tea spoon of oil in each cylinder after removing spark plugs.

Is your timing OK ? Perhaps T-belt skipped a tooth or five ...

Take out and replace each fuse and relay. (Yes, it sounds silly... just do it...)

How is your ignition lock mechanisam ? Check all wires coming to it, and check for play of key in the lock. (I know, sounds silly too...but we must go with experience on this one...)

Check all vacuum hoses for leaks, and fit.
