How to remove the front bumper? 200 1987

I started on the foglamp project this morning. I was planning on removing the front bumper so i could drill holes and reinforce mounting points while right-side-up. I've taken off the back bumper before, and it was just those two big-ass bolts under the wagon floor, as well as the clips on the ends. Is it the same for the front? I located two similar sized bolts, one directly outside of the radiator on the passenger side, one similarly located on the driver side but under the air intake tube (to the filter box). Are these the rightones to take out? is there anything else i need to remove to take off the bumper?

Thanks
