Fuse #8 problem 200 1983

If I'm reading that right, perhaps the lock motor thing in the driver door is suspect. Since it seems as if you've been living without the central locks this long, try disconnecting that and see what happens.
I don't know what to say about the leak, as I'm kind of new to repairing car stuff. I will say, though, that most of the people that respond here can be very helpful.
Good luck!
(Also, when I find out what the problem actually is, I'll be sure to post an update. I try to do that so that the 'elders' don't have to answer the same newbie questions I ask repeatedly)

Yes, my new car is a 1983.
