Highest mph- and got caught 700 1986

Badge, in some ways you are correct. I spend 4 weeks a year training with some of the top SWAT, SRT teams in the U.S. Although I am not LE my presence is noted due to my expertise with firearms. I'm there to let them realize that there are people out there that are much better than they are with a gun. I'm the ringer on the line. But anyways over the years I have asked how to get out of a ticket.
One, be nice to the cop. Two, don't make up a stupid story or deny that you were speeding. Three, what you said about the car. Keep your car clean inside and out. You lose points for rust, dents, missing trim, cracked windshields, dirty alloys, fast food bags laying around the interior and so on. Making your car look like a race car is also a No No. A 3 inch exhaust with a large chrome tip will get you no points. Also were you paying attention to the road. In other words How fast did the front-end drop or brake lights light up after he pulled the trigger or the police car came into the drivers view. I have been told that may just get you a warning instead of a major ticket. Stupidity also will get you no slack. Not using signals, jumping in and out of lanes, tailgating, hogging the left lane, reckless driving speeding in the rain and driving way over the posted limit. Like doing 100 mph in a 65 zone. Residential rules are more strict. Don't look for any slack in a school zone or around play grounds.
