164 engine 140-160

The 164 engine was a fuel injected type. The rail and injectors are still in place. The intake/exhaust mainifold are still on it. As far as other parts I have given them away to a college student who is restoring a 144.
Story time:
I meet this young man at a gas station and knew right away what he was instore for with his restoration. My first restoration volvo was a 67 144 and all I saw in this student was me 29 years ago.Funny thing about the 140/240 series,I have my son outfitted with my old 740gl,my daughter with the 240gl and the wife has got the 850glt. When they come home from college guess which car we all use. The 240!! GT6 helped me out with a fpr issue yesterday and once again thanks for helping me again!!! There is a yard over in Lebanon Pa. called Webber Brothers who have a lot of Volvo,s for parts availability. I think I recommended them about a year ago for a site to find good guaranteed used parts/bodies etc. They have always treated me fine.Ohh I must be a volvo person I was off ramblinin about volvo stories again. Mike
