164 engine 140-160

More details, please. (flywheel type, carbs or FI) I have a 69 164 w/ 60k original miles, but with a history of less than frequent oil changes. I changed bearings, but I think other things are bound to be a problem, especially the auto gearbox. I am near Philly, so Lancaster is easy.
