89 760T low fuel psi 700 1989

I'm having a drivability problem with one of my 760 turbos. On realy cold days the fuel presure is too low (< 35 psi)to get the RPM over about 1k. I can turn the car on and off a few times and the presure will jump up to normal (45-50 psi)then it will continue to run fine. I have replaced both pumps and the filter. I have also poured in plenty of gas line antifreze. I think the problem
is a bad connection on the relay for the in-tank pump. Having fixed a few 740s with this problem by resoldering the pump relay I'd like to try it with this car as well. The 700 FAQ shows the fuel pump relay location for the 740 and the lighting relays for the 760T, but I have not had any luck in finding the fuel pump relays for the 89 760T. There are two relays on the drivers side engine compartment, on the weel well, but thay are for the ignition system. Both pumps run with those relays disconected. Any help in finding the location of the relays would be great! Thanks
