Est re-pack time for rear wheel bearings? 200 1986

How long do you estimate a rear wheel bearing re-pack, my skill level is above shade tree, but not certified auto mechanic (Although I do hold an FAA A&P)
Have pnuematics, and jacks, took about 15 minutes to replace both rear shocks last night, if that gives any idea of skills.
Have to plan maintenance in blocks that my wife allows me time away from the kids (all 3 under 4yrs tends to get messy around tools).
Just curoius how much time to beg for.
Thanks.
~b
