will engine start with a bad O2 sensor? 700 1988

My experience is that you should start with bad ect. Just runs baddddd.

As for no start, with what your are saying, if in fact you have fuel, and spark

the only two things could be: timing belt skipped a few teeth, or you have a pretty massive air leak in vacumn hose somewhere.

Just as I wrote that, I wonder... if you had a bad ect, a bad oxy sensor, and say a bad amm, would this cause a no start. One or the other might cause a bad idle, bad running, or limp home mode, but taken together........ oh well just a thought.
