Runs great cold, misses after warming up 200 1984

I have a 1984 240 non-turbo. The car had sat for a month or two because of snow and my wife's preferance for a 4 wheel drive. Upon driving the car it starts and runs fine until it gets warmed up good. It then starts missing upon any kind of acceleration. If you put take the load off (put in park or neutral) it idels and increases RPM's fine. I've eliminated the coil, and the fuel pumps. Anybody had a similar problem or know the answer? I appreciate any help.
