Further SU-HS6 tuning Questions 140-160

Hi all,
O.K. I will first need to source a Pierburg fuel pump, the one I have now pumps alot more than 3psi.
As well I did a compression test and came up with..135, 145, 115, 140, 120, 135 on a 74 B30F. Is this resonable compression? Would I need to address cyl. #3&5 before a smooth idle is achieved?
As well what tools would I need to do the valves myself? This would be my first engine repair.
