I would be concerned that your engine is not getting up to operating temperature and boiling off the water that accumulates in the oil as a result of normal heat/cool cycles.
You may have a stuck or broken thermostat. I would replace it. They're only about $10 USD here, so I imagine they're comparable there. And with that much moisture in the engine, an oil change soon is a good idea. And I'd follow that with a long drive (1 hour or more) to get everything up to full operating temp. Good luck!
