things to look out for 700

Im in montreal,i did the compression test today i got 135,140,140,140.Looks to be alright but the spark plag on the no.1 cylinder seems to have some oil on it,might be a worn piston ring also explaining the difference in compression?Took the car on a highway test today, much more exciting performance then my old 740 gle and 760 gle but its still not enough.I know i need new shock and springs front and back.Doesnt have any oil or water leaks, tranny fluid is still very clean, must have already been flushed. If you come up with anything else let me know.
Thanks
