Which suspension bushings need a PRESS??? 200

I am about to replace some front suspension bushings on my brick, trying to track down an elusive CLUNK on the left side. Which bushings need a PRESS, and which can I replace by myself with a basic set of tools? Here are the ones I am about to replace:

- lower front "A-arm" bushing, aka control arm bushing
- lower rear "A-arm" bushing
- IPD HD poly bushings for stock front sway bar
- sway bar link bushings, top and bottom

My Haynes manual says to use a PRESS to remove the control arm bushings in one section, but then it says the rear bushing can be removed while the A-arm is still on the car in another section.

What is your experience? Which bushings need a PRESS for removal? Does it depend upon wear? How long a job is this?
