Strange 'Bump' when backing...Need help.. 700

I have replace just about every thing I can think of on my 1990 740's front end and I still don't feel things are right. When I cut the wheel hard to the left and back up....I feel what can best be descipbed as a bump...(Almost as if my tire had a large knot on it)...I have replaced the ball joints, both press in bushings, strut cartridges (turbo gas), springs (IPD), inner and outer tie rods, upper strut mounts, cone bushings on strut rod (IPD polys)...New tires 215-45-17 and still the same. Any idea where I should look????????
