240 wagon shuddering under low acceleration 200 1986

I recently had my motor mounts replaced when this was last a problem.

It solved the problem but now it's rearing its head again.

This is low-speed, relatively heavy shudder which occurs when starting from a stop. If I go real easy on the throttle, it's not apparent, but under any load, it shudders until about 15 mph then seems to subside.

It's a seat-of-the-pants shudder, not a steering thing.

Any suggestions?
