Neither. It's an ugly aftermarket kit. Kind of like those "ground effects" skirts, wheel flares, and trunk spoilers that you see on really tacky cars. To each their own, I guess.

On the other hand, I've heard these tail light assemblies add 15 to 20 hp on a naturally aspirated car, and probably 30 to 40 hp on a turbo. ;)
