does anyone's fuel pump relay 'turn on' when the brake pedal is pressed? 700

Gang, I'm wondering if anyone else out there has this problem... as it may be linked to my non-starting problem.

As it stands, pressing the brake pedal will turn on the fuel pump relay... ALSO, opening the passenger door will do the same thing.

anyone else have this gnome?
