Just BS and stuff 200 1987

So I like talking about my car, who cares? One trick I pulled was taking the color filter out of a Audi VDO gauge, (red colored) removing the cluster and grabbing the the green filters from the turn signals making some new ones from the VDO and poof!!! True european turn sig lights on the inside. It may seem hard to get used to, but give it time and try to back to the green ones and you will hate them ( the green ones that is) Also, junkyards rock, while looking around for Volvo parts and stuff, I find a pair of Boston 6X9" RX97 speakers $200 retail, junkyard price, $10. HA!
Also, found out the firewall plate is not the same from manual and auto. The pedal assbly will not bolt up the same, So, I grab the plate from the doner car, thank god for the box-cutter, and come to the fact that I wont change these two out, I will be learing how to use a drill in tight spaces instead. Speaking of the swap. When you remove the doner manual trans, you really want to remove the shifter from the trans first. Spent all day looking for another shifter cause the one that came from the org trans was so bent.
