Rust, I need a solution 200

Patched afairly sizeable hole in my floorboards with the help of some fiberglass and my friend the fiberglass boat builder. Preped everything with POR-15 and covered it all up with POR-15.

The turbo will not work. I've read read the answer to this question a few times and basically there are computer issues and compression issues. If you want to have a turbo you need a turbo dono car and take everything out of it. It sounded like a PITA to me so...
